Senior Adult MinistryFirst Baptist is a wonderful "gathering place" for senior adults from all walks of life, with a variety of skills, interests, hobbies and ministeries. On any given day you will find these wonderful folks active serving in the church and community. You are welcome to participate. A call to the church office (942-2211) will give you information concerning special events. Prime TimersEach second Thursday seniors meet in the fellowship hall beginning at 11 a.m. for a couple hours of fun, fellowship, and eating. The theme varies each month as well as the menu. Consistent each time we meet is a joyous gathering of people who love another. Once a month the Prime Timers schedule an excursion. We enjoy traveling to restaurants, scenic trips, places of interest, and shopping. Great friendships are born and strengthened when we spend time in close quarters in the van.
